Order Processing

Once you place an order with Heretic-s, please allow 3-10 business days for us to process your order. You will receive an email notification within 2-3 days to let you know that your order is on the way. If you have chosen the store pickup option, you can pick up your order daily from 11am-5pm at our physical address: 616 N Fort Hd St, 101, Killeen TX 76541, United States.

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States using the United States Postal Service. The shipping fee is $10 for orders shipping to Texas. Please note that we do not currently ship outside of the USA. If you are located within 5-10 miles of our shop, you may be eligible for local delivery. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option to see if local delivery is available for your address.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Heretic-s. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
