PAYMENT
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay).
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to shop with confidence. Heretic-S offers free returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Final sale, limited edition, or promotional items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
To start a return, contact support@heretic-s.com with your order number and return request. A prepaid return label will be provided.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to AR, CO, D.C., GA, HI, IA, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, and WI.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
To provide the best rates and delivery times, certain products have individual shipping profiles based on their size, weight, and destination.

Multiple Items: If you order different products, they may ship separately with their own tracking number and delivery timeframe.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification.

Delivery Time: Delivery estimates will vary depending on the product’s individual shipping profile. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after processing.
Continental USA: Shipping starts at $10 (2–7 days) per item, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Hawaii & Alaska $30 (5-10 days)
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
QUANTITY LIMITS
Due to the limited quantities of certain products, at this time we can only sell one style per specific products that apply.
